Dispatched Service
Through our dispatched service you can communicate directly with a dispatcher to schedule a ride. We will determine availability and schedule a time. For rides scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with an arrival time 15 minutes before your appointment or work, will be free if you are late.
Our drivers have had background checks, drug screens and are commercially insured. Customers have the option of email confirmation, and text notification when the driver is enroute and has arrived.

App Initiated
Our passenger app, Taxiroo, currently allows customers to schedule their own rides 48 hours in advance. You must have a credit card on file and rides must be confirmed.

Pets not in carriers: Minimum $3.00 per animal

Rate Addendum
Trips That Neither Originate in, Terminate in, nor Pass Through a Coverage Area
- Calculate the total round-trip mileage for the driver.
- Subtract the loaded miles. (Loaded miles are miles ridden by the passenger.
- Unloaded miles are miles without the passenger.)
- Multiply the loaded miles by the basic distance rate.
- Multiply the unloaded miles by $.50
- Add the two totals.
- This is the base fare charged to the customer.
